Not All Students Are The Same
Students need to be motivated! Especially in Physical Education. Not every student will be athletic, but you need to spend time with the kids and figure out how you're going to go about motivating them in a way that will inspire them to participate in PE
Examples
As teachers, we are the ones responsible for setting examples for our students. It's up to us to set the tone in our classroom. If we go in everyday willing to learn and willing to be an example for our students, it should rub off on them. If you go in and yell instructions at them and then sit on the sidelines, you're not setting a very good example. I want to be in there participating with my students. I want to fill in as a partner if we have an odd number of students in the class. I want to be learning and growing with them.
