Discipline Strategies

Believing in a "call in, as opposed to call out" strategy for day to day disturbances. Our program will focus on not making an example of students when they act out, instead pulling them aside later and addressing the issue. If the student persists they will be given "undesirable roles" such as picking up the balls, or facing a more important role of  helping put away equipment. Students are expected to respect one another and follow proper school etiquette.

Students are expected to participate in class, unless provided with proper documentation or realistic reasoning as to why they are unable to participate. Students are to hold equipment and listen when being talked to. Students are to participate with one another regardless of social cliques or biases. These rules allow for a community to develop as well as proper respect and professional consideration to grow amongst students.
