ARTIFACT 3: Volleyball Lesson Plan

Reasoning

The reason I have used my volleyball lesson plan is due to its connection with both the "Plan, teach and reflect on implementing a mini games unit in a local school" and the "Complete peer-teaching session and reflect on feedback to develop your practice." This is because this lesson plan was designed to used in a middle school setting, but not before it was presented before peers and given feedback for improvement.

The reason I chose to use my class summary video as an artifact is due to its connection to "Engage in productive on-line communications to promote own and peers learning in the class". This video was made specifically for peers to watch as a refresher on what was done that day, or a summary of what was done if a peer had missed that day of class. This video was also shared online in a google classroom stream.

Response

Assessment: I believe that I am very competent in this field, as well as becoming more comfortable, confident, and prepared with every experience I get.

Evidence: Through the video post, I show that I am able to produce online communication. As this video is more for my peers than it is for me, I show that I am able to promote the learning of my peers. The lesson plan posted show that I am capable of bringing a base of a mini games unit in a local school

Personal growth:  With this evidence, I am able to reflect, reassess, and reevaluate my lesson plans for middle school. I am able to transfer the skills used in making the video into teaching video that I can reflect on once i am an educator.

Goal:  Overall, I would like to become more skilled in making lesson plan, making sure they contain the necessary and essential information
