ARTIFACT 7: Putting Peer Learning First

I'm using a class summary as an educational artifact due to its connection "Represent your learning using a combination of rich media, text and video footage from class experiences". This online was posted on google class in order to give classmates an outline of what occurred that day, had they not been there.

I created a powerpoint to give a brief description of the CAPS. This artifact connects to "connect your understanding of course concepts to the BC redesigned curriculum" as covering CAPS are crucial in following BC's new curriculum.

Response

Assessment: I believe I have a high competency in this big idea, as I am able to use different social platforms to present many different types of media to peers and eventually students.

Evidence: Throughout my ePortfolio I have demonstrated that can present, texts, videos, and slideshows from different social networks onto Folioz. I have also present that I understand the different domains to target in my teaching in order for student to learn core competencies.

Personal growth:  Now, I am able to create better lesson plans that use different domains of learning. I am also able to present material in a way that put the learning of my peers first, which will allow them to do the same for me.

Goal:  I would like to go more in depth in information I present to my peers in order for them to receive the best they can from me. I would also like the opportunity to create a lesson plan knowing to target all domains of learning
