The purpose of this study is to explore and create the conditions that enable eP practice by researching its implementation in one university in three professional programs: Education, Nursing, and Social Work. Within an action research design over a five-year period we recursively ask the following questions:
(1) What did course instructors learn from using an eP process as they integrate it into their professional programs?
(2) What were the challenges encountered by implementing an eP practice?
(3) What impact did the eP practice have on (a) pedagogical practice, and (b) students’ professional learning?
(4) What are the conditions that enable an eP practice to contribute to the renewal of three professional programs in one university?
