I like the navigation bar idea but can you place in the same place on the page on each page.

Add a context overview paragraph for the page.  You need to explain TGfU for this page and explain why would start with a game and then return to a game.  This where you connect your EPHE 452 knowledge to your basketball knowledge.  Explain the learning process and how you can then help the learner know when to do the pick and roll as well as how.

Looked through each page and the same suggestion seems to apply.  Add a paragraph or two to each page in the settings of the page description.  Paragraph would tell the reader what is on the page and how it connects to the ideas in the books referenced and videos shown on the first page, and how this enables a TGfU approach to inform the learning process.  The key idea being the inquiry idea through questioning, getting the player to notice certain triggers in the game in order to use the pick and roll.  Explain the significant of the set-up and the questions you might use to teach.  These ideas will then feed nicely into your extension of doing the workshop.

I think the idea of information-movement coupling that Liam referred to in his article summary really applies well to how you want to teach this complex but simple skill.  I have attached his article for your to peruse if the concept helps you explain why this approach you offer would work.
